Much of my career has been spent at Google, Microsoft and in digital consulting, developing solutions and co-creating strategies for executives who make large technology transformation decisions. Most of that work was confidential and stayed with the companies I developed it for. The pieces here are ones I can share: original work, or internal documents I’ve adapted with proprietary details removed.
You’ll find white papers, executive posts, market and competitive analyses, and frameworks and methodologies I’ve built for clients. They’re written for C-suite and GTM leaders and turn complex technology into business strategy: what it means, why it matters, and what to do next.
White paper · 15 pages
Why do AWS, Microsoft and Google give away weeks of expert consulting? This paper argues that “free” innovation labs are a calculated customer-acquisition cost. They are built to turn executive interest into long-term platform revenue. It compares each vendor’s model with case studies and market data, then sets out what any platform vendor needs to compete.
Audience: Cloud and SaaS go-to-market leaders, strategy and partner teams
My role: Research, analysis, writing and design
Adapted from an internal strategy paper; proprietary details removed.
Sample 1
Thought leadership often goes out under someone else’s name. These samples show how I write in an executive’s voice: what they would say, how they would say it, and why their audience should care.
Both are written for the same fictional CEO, so you can see how one voice handles two different kinds of post.
The $3 Part
LinkedIn post · ~230 words
Everyone talks about GPUs, but AI data centers often stall on the unglamorous components nobody plans for. This industry-insider post names that overlooked bottleneck and gives three practical lessons, positioning the CEO as an operator who understands the whole supply chain.
Audience: Engineering, procurement and infrastructure leaders
My role: Concept, voice and writing
Fictional executive and company; written as a portfolio sample.
Sample 2
Faster People, Same P&L
LinkedIn post · ~250 words
A CEO admits that AI made his teams faster without moving the bottom line, and explains what changed when they redesigned the work itself. This leadership reflection is built around a single McKinsey data point, and it uses candor to build credibility and start a conversation with peers.
Audience: C-suite and operations leaders
My role: Concept, voice and writing
Fictional executive and company; written as a portfolio sample.
Methodology deck · 15 slides
This is a framework I developed to help organizations measure how ready they are to innovate. It scores 28 capabilities across four dimensions (culture, technology, organization and insights), places a company on a four-level maturity scale, and turns the gaps into a prioritized roadmap. The deck covers the scoring model, sample outputs and a phased engagement plan.
Audience: Executive sponsors and transformation leaders
My role: Developed the methodology, scoring model and all content
